Recently, we asked our BTC Facebookers to write "an imaginary" letter to their clients saying what they may never say to their face or didn't have the chance to say... most of them were fun & snarkly... but a couple were heartfelt, which we wanted to share....BTC
Dear client, thank you for trusting me to meet your hair's needs. Thank you for coming to me faithfully, without you, I am nothing. Thank you for building me and my business. Thank you for understanding that I too am human, and that I too have needs. Thank you for always bringing me coffee... it's the highlight of my day, even after its been reheated a few times. Thank you for listening to my suggestions for your hair, I make them for a reason. With that said... Dear client, please know that when I make a product/aftercare recommendation, I am not just trying to “make a sale", I am showing you the tools necessary to recreate and maintain this look. I need you to understand that if you do what I do and use what I use that your hair can look almost this great everyday.
Anyway, I really appreciate you. Always. - Kate Farlow https://www.facebook.com/thepaperkey
Dear Client, Thank you for your standing 3 week appointment and all the referrals you have sent my way! Your consideration and loyalty have been a gift to me and mine! You have become like family and I enjoy your stories, they put a smile on my face! - Troy F. Williams
I know that sometimes you want to harm, dismember or kill your husbands, but PLEASE do not tell me every way you've thought about going about it. I'd rather not be called to the stand, shall the day ever come... and food for though, those Orange jumpsuits won't do anything for your skin tone!
I like this Artical.
it is better for Hair style.
Please understand that I am a beautician, not a magician. If you have been using a permanent black box dye for the past 10 years, you will not leave the salon having pure white hair in a single day. And no, putting a lavender dye over black hair is not going to make your hair magically turn lavender, if only it were that easy! Some colors are going to take multiple visits and require more aftercare from you at home to maintain your hair's integrity. I am not just trying to make a sale, in fact I really don't give a crap about what the salon is pushing the stylists to sell for that month, I am going to recommend what I think is best for your hair because I care and I want you to be happy and have healthy hair, not to make extra money for the salon.
