Help! I have two feuding stylist one is accusing the other for taking supplies. It makes since and I know some of my stuff is coming up short as well.

Comment by annette on May 14, 2012 at 8:22am as a new stylist I think when you have a client, that communicating with your client in the consultation, clarifying what your client is trying to communicate to you, and you to the client is number one.
when a new stylist does not have a client, I feel the stylist should make the most of the enviroment they are working in, as long as the other stylists are agreeable, the new stylist should be watching and learning from the other stylist absorbing as much as possible

I live in Pa and how can we go about changing laws about booth rental I think its ridiculous we have to have employees rather than subs after paying overhead employee taxes, prof liability, unemployment comp, and workmans comp there is nothing left!!!!
